While no security system is absolutely bullet-proof, BelAmi can be depended upon to incorporate the latest in hardware and software to keep your personal information locked up and out of harm's way.

2. PRIVACY
It is and continues to be Bel Ami's policy NOT to sell, lend, lease, or otherwise provide your mailing or any other personal information to any other company or individual. This is not just idle talk, ask anyone who's ever done business with us. Whether ordering online or off, you always have the option of receiving or not receiving mailings and e-mail.

3. VIDEO FORMAT
All DVDs sold on this web site are without regional coding.

4. NO SHIPMENTS TO THIRD PARTIES
We are not shipping to third parties due to age verification requirements.

5. NO SHIPMENTS TO RESTRICTED STATES
If you live in the United States and your state is not on the pull-down menu, we cannot accept your order. Currently it's just Tennessee.
Sorry, it's the law.
Please do not e-mail us about this. No exceptions.
If you live in a restricted state, you may want to have a friend in a non-restricted state place your order and have them ship directly to you.

6. RETURNS
If you receive a defective video directly from us, send it back within 30 days of purchase via U.S. Priority Mail and we will replace the video title for title.
NO exchanges or refunds on videos that are not defective. All sales are final. Latex and rubber items are non returnable and non refundable.
Complete information for video returns is printed on your packing slip.

* UPS Cut-Off Times
All orders received before 2:00pm PST will be shipped same day. After 2:00pm will ship the next business day. This is regardless of selected shipping method. UPS service is not available on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM Central Time on Friday, over the weekend, or on holidays will ship the next working day. No shipping on Thanksgiving Day and the day after (Nov. 23-24), Christmas Day (Dec. 25), and New Year's Day (Jan. 1). All Domestic orders will require a signature upon delivery

A street address and telephone number are required for UPS shipping. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All orders listing a P. O. Box as the shipping address and requesting UPS Next Day or 2nd Day service will automatically be shipped via USPS Express Mail and be subject to delay.

* Post Office Box or Different Shipping Address
If your credit card billing address is a P. O. Box or you want your order shipped to your office or a different address, and you want UPS Express shipment, you must Order Offline and mail or fax it in. Web site orders cannot be sent to third parties (see above).

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All new international customers ordering online must send us scanned copies of the front and back of their credit card and a valid photo ID. You can email, fax or mail these copies to us.

WHEN ORDERING FROM BEL AMI DIRECTLY:

# All international sales are final.
# All orders are billed in U.S. Dollars.
# Videos will be shipped in plain white sleeves.
# It is your responsibility to know any laws in your country that might prohibit importing sexually-explicit material(s). Bel Ami is not responsible, nor will we issue refunds, for shipments seized by customs.
# INTERNATIONAL "STANDARD" shipping is via US GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL or US AIR MAIL PARCEL POST depending on country shipped to. While most packages are delivered within 14 business days, delivery time depends on the destination country and the effeciency of your country's postal system, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. International Orders will be charged a surcharge of $20.00 to cover the cost of Global Priority delivery.

INTERNATIONAL NEXT-DAY or 2-DAY shipping is via USPS International Express Mail. Please note that neither of these options, because of overseas delivery and time zones, is delivered the next day or on the second day. This is EXPRESS SHIPMENT, but the post office does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
