I received a fraud lock code (country block message)

Due to recent increases of fraud from certain countries, we had to adjust our security system to restrict access from some countries.

If you received a similar fraud lock code such as VN-johndoe-127.0.236.55-6/30/2018 3:03:05 AM please be so kind and send us a Helpdesk ticket for further assistance.

If you´re planning to travel abroad, please let us know in advance and an extra setting can be done in time before you arrive in the other destination to avoid the fraud block.
